Delivery:
All goods are shipped registered via Air Mail (registered) Postal Service or via DPD Parcel Service. We process and ship all orders as soon as possible but sometimes we have to re-order items and this may cause a delay. Please allow up to four weeks for delivery to some areas of the world.
City Jackets are unicum items and need more time to be sent out due to the individual manufacturing and embroidry process. The average delivery time is ca. 3 months from the date of payment reception plus shipping time.
Transport damages:
In case of obviously damaged parcels the messenger has to take written note of the parcelīs condition. Please inform us within 7 days of any transport damage.
Returns:
We will accept returns when the article has an obvious fabrication damage but not for ordering the wrong size. Mail to: {mailorder@bitzcore.de} BEFORE you send something back.
